A little note on the fridge

I found a note posted on the fridge yesterday. Pretty deep thinking for a 1st grader, and so applicable for Earth Month...

"Dear Dinosaurs,
We're sorry you're extinct. Maybe we will too someday
Love, L + R"

Wow, little girl...are you understanding climate change and pollution, etc already?
